The lab does not tell you to switch to east-1 to create the first empty notebook on step 2. It tells you to switch only when creating runtimes at step 3. this forced me to guess the Region. Please correcty

Cannot do the lab. Bug with location when creating a notebook. Starting to be annoying, couldn't complete the "Prepare Data" course because of another bug. Retried many time, good to get used to the tech but still really annoying if you also farm the skill points.
