It did not work. Access Denied so the information was not uploaded to the database. When I queried MySQL, Count(), the result was: Empty

not good, cloud shell not loading properly. also getting error when accessing the account saying not having enough permissions even when importing csv file to mysql instance didn't allow me to do it saying you should be the super user
