The first progress check seems to be broken. The application was running, and I was able to add books, but the check was always failing.

There was no explicit instructions to not to create a non-enterprise version of the firestore db, which caused the middle checkpoint to not complete. I had to create a multiple variations of the db to get the checkpoint script to pick up my webapp correctly.
