The questions are quite odd. Someone can run a query only by count and there's nothing technically wrong. If you are interested to get an answer of distinct, might require to highlight specifically, without calling out the query is wrong.

The progress check is not working correctly, which is ironic for a troubleshooting lab. Updated: finally able to complete, but had to very carefully cut-paste suggested answers rather than write my own SQL commands.
