When I tried to make VMs in the specified region, I was given resources not available errors. I then chose a different region to allow me to keep going but the check points then refused to report I had complete the task. So I had to ignore them.

The instances not allowed conection through shh. It seem a IAM bad config

Could not ping mynet-notus-vm internal IP, I checked that both the instance I SSH'd to was on the same VPC. Unless I made a mistake in the firewall rule although I checked this also.
