the IAM permissions you specify prevent you from completing the lab. Either that or the time taken for them to be applied is ridiculously long. Not an acceptable wait for a short introductory course like this.

I catch this error when execute the SQL API request error: Dataform does not have the necessary permissions to run your workload using end user credentials. Please grant the necessary permissions to Dataform and then retry.

Third Attempt: Lab is throwing errors on Start Execution. The error is, "API request error: Service account must be set when strict act as checks are enabled." Gemin provided the solution to run the executions with Compute Engine Default Service Account. The lab needs updating. Apart from this, the lab was fine.
