Impossible to finish, unable to start the execution, error : "API request error: Service account must be set when strict act as checks are enabled. " even if we give all possible roles in IAM...

Permissions on principal service acct don't get applied. This error is returned: API request error: Dataform does not have the necessary permissions to run your workload using end user credentials. Please grant the necessary permissions to Dataform and then retry.
