I had issues when adding permissions onto the Dataform Service Account, after adding the BigQuery Data Viewer and BigQuery Job User roles I did not see anything update in the Prinicipals list, and the lab check was failing. I re-tried the process several times and each time it failed, then suddenly it worked - however I still did npot see any changes to the principal or view by roles panes.
