I had to troubleshoot this myself and in the execution setting change the "Execute with user credentials of student-03-d04d3b564323@qwiklabs.net" to "execute with selected service account" and pick the "Qwiklabs User Service Account - qwiklabs-gcp-00-c05cd77acd5a@qwiklabs-gcp-00-c05cd77acd5a.iam.gserviceaccount.com" that was the only way to get it to work and bypass the api request error. The Lab does not mentioned any of this and should be updated or fixed
