Check progress is wrong. Even when you create a VM with the not existing docker image without a server it does not detect a problem. Second VM check fails if you delete the first VM before the ending of the lab

Instructions need to be updated for UI changes and especially gcr to Artifact Repository transition. All of my triggered builds went to gcr, not Artifact Repository
