Docker image wouldn't start. Service account selection didn't work in Add Trigger After some workarounds I got it working

The image cannot be created. There's an issue with the python version and something else that needs to be upgraded that leads to an error that prevents the image to be created. From that task onward, nothing works because everything depends on that image creation. Also, in task 5, in one of the steps there's an instruction to open the editor and replace a code; it's unclear which code is referring to and then I couldn't create the trigger.
