Step 7 does not work. tried the lab twice..... :(

I am having issues with Task 5: Manage Docker Images with Cloud Build and Container Registry. Step 9 does not show the image indicated prior to Clicking "Create" in step 10. I have started the Lab several times and I get to this point with the same result. Please provide feedback on what I could possibly be missing or doing incorrectly.
