Task 4.11: Once the VM starts, create a browser tab and make a request to this new VM's external IP address. The program should work as before. afaik - this is the first time we're running the app - we don't know what to expect. Also, I never got a successful response when I used the 2nd VM's IP address. (I didn't know whether the lab would permit me to delete the VM and try again)
