The last step was getting completed, I add the container URL to the VM, but the VM never shows the website on the external IP. (Also checked, HTTP access)

My docker container never started on the VMs I created, even though I followed all instructions. Some additional information on the problem when I repeated the exercise: The docker container on VMs fails to start up because of the following issue.
