The triggers were not updating the cloud registry repository with the latest image as expected and the instruction to add this as the image led to a failure in the build `us-east1-docker.pkg.dev/qwiklabs-gcp-04-90c6b477debe/devops-repo/devops-image:$COMMIT_SHA`, this other command worked instead `gcr.io/qwiklabs-gcp-04-90c6b477debe/devops-repo:$COMMIT_SHA`
