The instance was created with the required parameters, and the text “Hello DevOps Fans.” is displayed as expected. The remaining steps in the lab were completed and validated without any issues.

lab was OK, except from "check my progress" for the 1st checkpoint not working. the service worked as expected, but "progress check" did not see the VM UPDATE => retaking the lab, I could see it was recently updated; the issue with "check progress" got fixed; it's great to see that feedback results in improvements!
