First, gcr.io is going away, so this lab needs to be updated to account for that. Second, I didn't care for the process on how to apply the "Hello build trigger" image tag to the 2nd vm. This is an excellent opportunity to teach the importance of image tagging in the development process. I think even just teaching using a "latest" tag here is easier than hunting down a mile long build tag.
