Cloud Build API has to be disabled and enabled for Service Account to appear. You cannot Run Trigger in Create Trigger Page anymore.

Bug during cloud build trigger creation. It doesn't let you select a service account. Tried adding additional permissions to the service-account, but no success. The service account initially appears but is greyed out. When you search for on the trigger creation screen and remove your search, all options except "None" are gone.

The create trigger step wouldn't let me select any service account (none in the dropdown). Somehow passed the remaining Check My Progress steps anyway.
