I was unable to Deploy GKE on us-central1-a region, it was stuck for several minutes ( more than 30 mins ) while deploy GKE. So i had tried to deploy on asia-south1-a and was successfully completed Task 1 and Task2. But even though i completed Task 3, lab was not able to validate and mark as complete. So, user should given more detailed instructions to deploy labs in any other region, lab should be able to validate it.

Cluster was not able to be created; 2nd attempt. Lab does not work. Error code states "creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-6155f68b56c1/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."
