Kubernetes cluster did not get created when initiated from console...waited for half an hour

Unable to do the lab because the cluster would not come up in time in the us zone, maybe no free resources. Was able to spin the cluster up in EU but then the progress of the lab wasn't tracked. Maybe allow other regions as well?
