In Task 1, Vertex AI instance cannot be created with an error message below. All of the other Labs in this module got stack with the same error. instance-20241110-210602: The resource 'projects/deeplearning-platform-release/global/images/family/tf-2-11-cu113-notebooks-debian-11-py310' was not found: Something went wrong.
