After following the instructions, the deploy preview failed saying that "region" needed to be defined somewhere, but the messages made no clear reference to where, and nowhere in the docs (or the downloadable versions of the files) was "region" mentioned. "regions" was imbedded in two of the string values, but no variable that was being looked for.
