Configure an Application Load Balancer (HTTP) with Autoscaling Reviews

The instance groups' instructions are not well explained. Both the CPU and HTTP LB utilization are needed to be set (not to sub one with other, as the guides suggests) to pass the task's test

seems even though i followed the steps the check in buttons said i was missing items, yet i went back and checked and i had them all. then when testing i never saw traffic even though i used the correct IP for the load balancer. Seems today will be a day like yesterday where the lab has issues and doesn't work correctly.
