was able to create and monitor the metrics from apache. However the incident/alert didn't trigger.

In the last steps on creating an alert policy, I followed exactly the same steps and had also cross checked that the config I performed was correct. However, when trying to generate random traffic, I did not see any alert/incident created there. I tried to run the curl loop many times and shorten the sleep delay to 0.1 seconds, and could see the graph was showing it had already exceeded the threshold for more than 1 minute, however, alert/incident was still not generated.
