some resource cannot deploy because of zone, and if i change it will block my account. how cloud i finish the lab if thats happen.

This lab is frustrating. Cant get why its missing permissions in the first place when its not even stated that you need to add them. Been getting this error CommandException: Failed to set acl for gs://test-bucket-00-0b6bf7c8ba2c/setup.html. Please ensure you have OWNER-role access to this resource cant even proceed with the lab

U have a mistake in this step Create an IAM Service Account In 5 step: On the Service account permissions page, specify the role as Cloud Storage > Storage Object Viewer. On the Service account permissions page => IAM
