The lab environment was provisioned with insufficient CPU quota in the europe-west1 region. The deployment failed with the error: 'CpuAllocPerProjectRegion requested: 20000 allowed: 16000'. Even after deleting all services and reducing resource requests to the minimum, the project-level limit blocked the task from being completed."

I restared VM thrice, and still could be able to open the folder in editior for task 3, where i had to add things to agents.json file, It was stuck in that loading thing in the explorer
