I needed to grant some extra rights after creating the LAMP vm, and then delete it and make a new one. The check my progress didn't work with the new one as it was then called lamp-2 (and I assume you check for an exact string of "lamp-1" for the name). Had to delete that one as well and create a new lamp-1 (explicitly renamed) for it to work. So I assume there is some instruction for a setting missing in the initial LAMP setup.
