Instructions are very unclear. Examples of the functions used in the instructions are very similar - but ever so slightly different - to the actual functions we need to use. This is very confusing! Also, line 38 of "streaming_minute_traffic_pipeline.py" has the line `element = element.decode('utf-8')`, which will cause the run to fail. This line needs to be deleted, and it's not clear that we need to do this, since in these labs we are normally adding lines of code, not deleting them.
