lab is loading slow also its not being updated. and server is failed to start most of the time

Once one step did wrongly, the system cannot check whether the cloud run function is deployed or not. I have to delete and resrtart.

Lab needs to be updated. Firestore no longer supports leaving the database blank to use a default database. Couldn´t validate any of my progress.
