wrong accounts, works with use default service accounts as workaround, but assumingly this is not wanted (same person secret manager that is registry reader in this app); maybe hint at if you have a workaround, give different persons the roles; otherwise good lab, but as always, not comlpeteable, so 1 of 5 stars (i.e. not because of my fault/errors)

You have us set the REGION variable, but do not use in any of the commands. Also, while you have us set up in us-east4, I am closer to us-east5.
