[DEPRECATED] Structured data prediction using Vertex AI Platform Reviews

On JupyterLab during the "Training on Cloud AI Platform" step, the instructions say you don't need to wait for the training job & can move forward - but you cannot, you have to wait until the job is finished to move on. It didn't take long, so that was fine.
