Serverless Data Processing with Dataflow - Custom Dataflow Flex Templates (Python) Reviews

Got an error, "file_pattern "must be of type string or ValueProvider" so I added some logging and rebuilt the dockerfile+template and then the jobs could run. not sure what happened.

Needs review: all is fine up to Task#2. Steps are not spelled out or clear enough. At times, don't match Dataflow Create Template UI.

Task 2 the second step says to create a Dockerfile with the following code. This step needs to be a bit clearer and say to use nano, vi or the editor to create a new file named Dockerfile and paste that into it. It's not obvious to people who do not use docker regularly.
