Performing Basic Feature Engineering in BQML Reviews

How am I supposed to use BigQuery? No instructions have been provided and then we're asked to take a timed lab and figure it out? I've taken previous courses on GCP including "How Google Does Machine Learning" but there's no detailed deepdive of BigQuery or anything. I don't know how to write the code for it and this course and the perquisites barely touched on it except during these labs. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.
