setuptools removed support for pkg_resources in 82.0.0, so the lab does not work (cell magic %%bigquery not found). I was able to work around it by changing the first cell to this: !pip install --user google-cloud-bigquery==3.4.1 !pip install --user setuptools==81.0.0
