Took a long time for service account tokens to be allowed. Thought there was an issue but eventually it started working.

I was unable to disable and re-enable the Pub/Sub API and I was confused why this was done. The curl outputs in the lab description didn't match the terminal (there was no output). The Order Placed filter in the logs did not return any results in the console.
