There was a problem with one service name - copied code didn't work, I had to manually replace the service name in the snippet with the name from the console

It is a bit difficult to follow and maybe might be due to gaps in Cloud Pub/Sub. Instructions are incorrect for service account e.g. Enable the project service account to create Tokens
