Opinie (Working with Cloud Build)

The instructions assume that the $REGION and $PROJECT_ID environment variables are pre-defined in the Cloud Shell session. In my case, these were unset, causing the sed command to replace 'YourRegionHere' with an empty string, leading to invalid image tags and build failures. The lab should include a step to explicitly set these variables (e.g., export REGION=us-east1) to ensure the configuration files are updated correctly. Otherwise, users have to manually fix the YAML files to proceed.
