Services Monitoring and Error Budgets are demonstrated well. The lab demands to re-deploy the application after code changes. This is unnecessary - the app currently allows passing error_rate via a query param, see error_rate = parseInt(req.query.error_rate) || 1000 in code and then just change the load script https://$DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID.appspot.com/random-error?error_rate=20
