After recreating my vpc, all default confings, it was never showed in VM Instance -> Networking page. The network regions and zone were equal, i checked it twice. The VPC was up, with the subnets in the right regions, i also tried to close my incognito chrome window, and reopen it, but even so, the VPC did not appear in VM Instance Networking page.

It was not possible to create the VM, even following the steps correctly. The new network is not presented.
