vm not getting created.. still not working after second try

The lab session was absolutely terrible, the worst of the worst, I literally thought of breaking my computer, when I created mynetwork and then tried to create an VM instance, the network interface didn't show the mynetwork at all, what the heck is wrong with this, I basically sat there breaking my head, and then finally did some research, and then used the cloud shell for creating the VM. Seriously this is absolutely garbage tutorial, not letting us know of what could go wrong, and if ever that goes wrong, then should have provided an alternative for the thing that could have gone wrong. Terrible behaviour, Im furious at this. If there was an even lower score, I would have given that.
