Lab doesn't match current version of GCP Console, even the first step: BigQuery public datasets are not displayed by default in the BigQuery web UI so you'll open the public datasets project. Click + Add Data. Select Pin project > Enter project name. For Project name, enter data-to-insights. Click Pin. In the left pane, under Viewing pinned projects you will see the data-to-insights project pinned. Does not work
