Many labs have tasks which take a long time, and an unknown amount of time. For example in this lab creating a New Notebook has errored out in the default settings, "the zone does not have enough resources, try again later" type of message. I changed zone and it now seems to be creating it, but is taking more than 20 mintues so far. For ALL labs, where you know it will take some time, or labs which the time is unknown, I suggest the following. You have one object created already and as an excercise, get the user to create a new object. Then the next steps in the lab can continue while and new objects are created in the background. There is no value added to force a new student to sit for longer than 5 mintues. I have also had a lab error out, and kick me out once. Then I got a notice saying it was detected that I was perhaps against and may be locked out or ban from the course. ---- The content of the lab was otherwise fine
