The instructions "Execute the following Python install command by hitting Shift + Enter in the first cell of the notebook to install the google-cloud-bigquery library at version 1.25.0." should have been re-ordered to explain that the command was to be entered Then "Shift + Enter" pressed or alternative just Run. It's fine to assume this under later once the audience has seen the behaviour and understand the process but this mistake can't be made on the first instruction.
