Three issues; 1) When I tried creating notebook, it was taking a long time so I refreshed and after that I couldn't see the notebook in the UI. Even though VM existed in compute engine. I recreated the Notebook and it showed up. 2) Missing "`" at the end of SQL. I fixed that. 3) `cloud-training-demo` was not found in location US. Therefore I couldn't continue.
