The lab "Google Kubernetes Engine: Qwik Start" sets the default region to us-west8 and zone us-west8-b, which are not valid Google Cloud locations. The project metadata is also initialized with these invalid values (google-compute-default-region and google-compute-default-zone). Substituting a valid region (e.g. us-west2-b) fails with constraints/gcp.resourceLocations, so the lab cannot be completed. worked on 2nd try (ended lab and started again) - got a region that exists
