Bug in getting logs into bigquery. Logs would inconsistently display when being queried directly and never loaded into bigquery after setup. Waited 20 minutes and redid and did not get anything. Noticed that default time window was setting to previous day incorrectly. Doing lab at 11 pm local so not sure if that was the issue.
