Yesh, spent several hours trying to fix the │ Error: Error creating Network: Post "https://compute.googleapis.com/compute/v1/projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-9a514052fa50/global/networks?alt=json": oauth2/google: invalid token JSON from metadata: EOF issue with help from various genAI:s. Multiple fresh instances started, no luck. Something wrong with the authentication.

Could not get the terraform plan to work without GOOGLE_PROJECT environment variable. After getting past that by setting it, I could not apply the configuration due to authentication issues (Post oauth2/google: invalid token JSON from metadata: EOF). Issues persisted even with copy pasted files.
