When running the following command it gets this error. gcloud compute instances create mynet-eu-vm \ > --zone=europe-west1-b --network=mynetwork ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: - The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-cbc1d3e850f4/zones/europe-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request.
