Unable to create the instances within the prescribed zones due to capacity availability... lab completion should really not depend on creating an instance within a specific region and or zone.

- The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-178c8beae8c3/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later. I was unable to creare VM because i receive persistently the above message. I have restart the whole lab (this time) and i receive the same error. In this way the LAB is not usable and i cannot practice.

I cannot create VMs on the specified zone: "ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: - The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-1b7da5062e61/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."
