Whilst I knew how to do a lot of this already it filled in the gaps that I didn't know about such as firewall priority. I was sad enough to enjoy leaving the ping commands running and seeing them start to work as the firewall rule allowed there traffic through. Was good to see that the changes take effect quite quickly reassuring me that I have made the right change.
